The Lominchar Butterfly valves are designed
and built to obtain total watertightness, great operation
and a long work life.
• Axes and Semiaxes:
F 3402, F 3403, F 3404, according to UNE 36-016. AISI 420
• Connecting rods:
Until diameter 600 mm. Bronze 90/10 according to UNE 37-103-78,
for superior diameters A-42-B RAI, UNE 36-087. • Covers:
A-42 RAI UNE 36-087.
• Air seals:
Interiors in contact with water “EPDM”. According
to UNE 53-571 for hardness 60-70. Rest “NBR” or
“CR”.
• Bearings and sockets:
Auto lubricated of bronze, with a minimum quality C-7350.
According to UNE 37-103-78.
• Body and stopper:
Stainless steel with quality F 3503, F 3504, F 3533, F 3534,
according to UNE 31-016, AISI 304, AISI 316. For mecano model
welded to steel
carbon: A-42BRAI UNE 36 087.
• Pins, rivets and accessories:
Body and covers: Galvanised steel DIN 267, plus chromed DIN
50947. In contact with water: Stainless steel, according to
UNE 36-016. AISI 316/304.
The carbon steel material has an inner and outer
anticorrosion protection with epoxi-polyamide painting, with
a minimum thickness of 200 microns.
The stainless steel material is finished with polished degree.
The preparation of surfaces will be able to reach, depending
on the necessities to SA2 1/2 according to SIS 055-900.
